Are you ready for a metabolism boosting, full body workout? Join us for a 60 minute Core + Tone class. We alternate full body circuits with focused core work for a solid muscle building calorie burn.

Thursdays at 11am Central with Pamela

Do you need to get moving and build strength in a safe, joint friendly way? Join us for this 60 minute workout that alternates between low impact cardio (never any jumping or burpees!) and full body strengthening. A wonderful choice for older adults!

Level: Beginner
