I had no core strength and needed help to even get in and out of bed. I went home and received in home physical and occupational therapy for six weeks. At the beginning of each of the 12 weeks you will receive a video that contains an overview of your movement for the week. It will also include an educational component (examples: why stretch? what is a rep?) and mindset coaching for habit development. Then, on each of your movement days (3 or 4 each week) you’ll receive a plan, including instructional videos for all exercises. It starts simple with ten minute walks and builds gradually from there. In week seven, it introduces some very basic strength training exercises that can be done at home.

This program is designed for people who do not currently have a movement routine, but would like a safe, gentle, systematic way to start one.

This program is delivered through an app and is done asynchronously, completely online. You’ll do this from a space of your choice over your phone, tablet, or computer.

Whenever works for you. You get to decide how it fits best with your schedule. There is no specific day/time that you need to be available.

ReStart launches in January 2025! This program always begins on a Monday, but you get to choose which one! When signing up, choose the start date you prefer.

The price for this program is $50/week. The actual retail price for all of the components of this program total up to just under $1700, making this program an amazing value when compared to hiring a personal trainer! Along with the movement plans and videos, you get personal access to Pamela— a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and the creator of this program— through the app.

You will need a good pair of walking shoes, a sturdy chair, and a set or two of dumbbells.

The program is delivered over an app and it will notify me to let me know whether or not you’ve completed your assigned movement for the day. :-) You will also be able to message me through the app to ask questions and I will be able to respond and encourage you!
