Pamela McLellan, NASM-CPT
Pamela is the founder and lead trainer at Collaborative Strength as well as the creator of our ReStart program.
Pamela holds a Bachelors Degree from Belmont University. She received her Certified Personal Trainer status from National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2017. Her passion is helping people overcome challenges and find joy in moving their bodies. She enjoys thinking outside the box to find appropriate movement choices for clients with limited options. Her mantra is that everybody can move, sometimes it just takes a touch of creativity.
Pamela has earned specialty certifications from Aquatic Exercise Association, Arthritis Foundation, and Silver Sneakers. She has also completed the Exercise For Parkinson’s course through the Brian Grant Foundation. Additionally, she is a Cancer Exercise Specialist (Cancer Exercise Training Institute) with a special emphasis on breast cancer. She partners with Breast cancer Recovery in Action (bragroups.org) to bring small group personal training to women in all phases of survivorship.
Pamela is working towards a Masters in Business Administration from LSUS. She plans to use this knowledge to expand her business and serve her community in a broader way.
In her free time she loves to eat tortilla chips and dark chocolate, garden, and write songs.
Pamela and her husband, two children, and two dogs reside in Nashville, TN.
